Even in these unusual times The Midnight Manor is keeping busy as we have recently wrapped up our first rental agreement with the movie company Door Mouse Film Inc. That's right an upcoming film will be featuring equipment from The Midnight Manor and Midnight's own personal collection on the big screen. While production is still ongoing and we will likely see the finished film in about a year we wanted to share with you some of the fun times we had and a little bonus we will all enjoy from it.

While film and kink have had an interesting history, where they often have characters or items not proper to the lifestyle we were glad to be able to supple then with authentic BDSM gear to put on camera from cross and stocks down to proper shibari ties these added touches continue to help our goals of outreach through media.

We also got a little treat that benefits the club itself, while we provided the labour the studio paid for the materials and after they were done shooting we would keep the new stockade that we had built for them. So we pretty much got a new piece of equipment for free. This new stockade can be used as a complete station on its own or taken off to be used separately.

All in all we had a lot of fun with this project, now we aren't allowed to say much about the film at this point however I can say they borrowed a St. Andrew cross, stockade, kinky artwork, paddles, whips, floggers, leather cuffs and brought in Sudbury Burlesque dancers so I'll let you figure that one out. When the film comes out we definitely want to have a screening party so keep an eye out for when that comes. Lastly, on the final day of shooting I couldn't help myself and took a quick selfie from one of the primary scenes enjoy...
